Title research: Taming Leviathan: The Court of Justice of the EU as guarantor of fundamental rights protection in times of European banking supervision.
Barbora studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) with the specialisation in International and European private and commercial law. She participated in two exchange programmes with the Ivane Javakhishvili University in Tbilisi (Georgia), and College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion (Israel).
She worked as a research assisstant for the German Conciliation Body for Public Transport in Berlin where she researched in the field of national, European and international aviation law and air passenger rights.
In 2016-2017 she studied European Law (LL.M.) at the Leiden University and participated in the Talent Programme of the Graduate School of Legal Studies of Leiden University and in the European Law Moot Court competition.
