Book presentation: Corporate Litigation

On 17 June 2026, the official launch of the book Corporate Litigation took place at Stibbe law firm in Amsterdam. This comprehensive work was edited by Branda Katan, Menno Bruning and Harold Koster.

The first copy was presented to Gijs Makkink, a judge at the Supreme Court and former president of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. During the presentation, speakers Jan-Maarten Schepel, Dieuwertje de Leeuw, Maarten Mussche and Jeroen van der Schrieck shared their insights and experiences. 

The focus of Corporate Litigation

Corporate Litigation provides a thematically structured overview of the key corporate law issues that arise in internal and external disputes within private companies. The book covers topics such as:
