Students advanced LL.M. programme International Children’s Rights visit International Criminal Court

On 30 October 2017, the current class of students of the advanced LL.M. programme International Children’s Rights visited the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Two representatives of the Office of the Prosecutor gave a presentation about the Policy on Children of the Office of the Prosecutor. After the presentation, the students attended a hearing of the court.

The field trip was organized in the mark of the course Interaction Between Children's Rights and Other International Legal Systems, in which the students – among others - learn about the position of children’s rights in different areas of international law, such as international criminal law.
