'Leiden' identical twins on national tv at Vroege Vogels.

Biology PhD student at Leiden University Kevin Groen and his identical twin brother Marvin Groen (a biology student as well) will be on Dutch Television from Tuesday 5 September in the programme called Vroege Vogels every week (NPO 2, 19:20).

Biology PhD student at Leiden University Kevin Groen and his identical twin brother Marvin Groen (a biology student as well) do not only have a last name that says Green (‘Groen’ means green in English) in fact they are: nature is in their heart and soul. Ever since they were little they liked to explore all living things in the meadows nearby their childhood home.

Not surprisingly, they both became biologists.

From Tuesday 5 September on they will be on Vroege Vogels TV every week (NPO 2, 19:20). In twelve episodes the brothers will show us nature in the city, such as pigeons, rats, crayfish and ring-necked parakeets. With their enthusiasm and sympathy for nature, they will hold a pledge for a better appreciation towards our fellow animal city inhabitants.
