Armin Cuyvers lectures on Brexit for Mordenate College
On 7 December, Armin Cuyvers (Assistant Professor at the Europa Institute) gave a lecture on the legal complications surrounding Brexit for Mordenate College.
In his lecture, Dr. Cuyvers inter alia addressed the legal complications surrounding the process of withdrawal under Article 50 TEU and British constitutional law, the Miller case currently pending before the UK Supreme Court and the possible new relationship between the EU and the UK.
