On 10 April the Verfassungsblog published the blog by Armin Cuyvers entitled: Five Scenarios for Europe – Understanding the EU Commission’s White Paper on the Future of Europe.
In the blog, Armin argues that the key to understanding the White Paper does not lie in understanding each scenario as such, but in understanding the nature of these scenarios, as well as the choice for scenarios instead of a single grand vision.
