The Permanent Representation of the United States of America to the OPCW together with the International Partnership Against Impunity for the Use of Chemical Weapons and Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies are pleased to invite you to a seminar on Chemical Weapons Use and Legal Pathways to Accountability.
