Work in Progress Sessions involve presentations of work in progress. This can be at any stage of the research process, from the design to writing the actual paper. It is in particular a nice opportunity to receive feedback on empirical ideas and get suggestions on how to improve the methodology.
In this Work in Progress session, we will discuss Eva Grosfeld’s follow-up study. This study is a follow-up to the recently published paper we discussed at the Journal Club.
The study is on value alignment and public perceived legitimacy of the European Union and the Court of Justice. Eva examined how people’s personal values and their perception of the values of the EU are related to the perceived legitimacy of the CJEU and the EU more broadly. We will discuss this study’s method, as well as the stage of the research process.
