Friso Selten is a Ph.D. candidate in the SAILS project. In this interdisciplinary research project, a collaboration between the Institute of Public Administration, Advanced Computer Science, and eLaw, he investigates the use of Artificial Intelligence by public organisations.
Before starting this position, he obtained a research master's in Public Administration at Utrecht University (2019-2021), a master's in Data Science at the University of Amsterdam (2018-2019), and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at Utrecht University (2014-2017).
