Xiaoyang is a guest researcher at CML, where he previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher on the 'Future Availability of Secondary Raw Materials (FutuRaM)' project. He earned his PhD also from CML, with a thesis titled 'Sheltering 10 billion people in a warming and resource-scarce world: challenges and opportunities.'
