Mojan Samadi is an Assistant Professor of criminal law and criminal procedure at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology.
Prior to her appointment at Leiden University she obtained her LL.M. in public international law and Dutch criminal law from the University of Amsterdam.
Research
Mojan conducts research in the field of criminal procedural law. More specifically, her research aims to work towards a legal framework to assess the conduct of the police and prosecution in criminal law enforcement.
