Mignon de Lange LLM (Voorburg, 1963) studied Dutch Law at Leiden University. She has been Coordinator of Leiden Law Practices (LLP) since August 2012. The LLP course (taught in Dutch) is organised by the Department of Moot Court and Advocacy.

After completing her studies Mignon worked as a lawyer for 14 years, of which 12 years with law firm Houthoff Buruma in Amsterdam. Subsequently she provided legal advice from her own legal service company, mainly in the field of contracts. Mignon also worked as a lecturer in Liability Law at the University of Amsterdam and as coordinator ad interim for the course Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures. She also supervised the theses of bachelor's students. Furthermore, Mignon taught the course Practicum Civil Law several times at the Department of Civil Law at Leiden University. In addition she provided training on legal skills (legal writing and presentation) to lawyers.
