Jouke Tegelaar graduated from Leiden Law School in 2015. She holds a master degree (LLM) in both civil law and financial law and graduated summa cum laude in financial law. During her master in civil law she has studied a semester abroad at UC Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco.
Since September 2015 she works as a lecturer at Leiden Law School’s Hazelhoff Centre for Financial Law where the teaches financial law. Her current research interests include liability of financial supervisory authorities, state liability and investor protection.
