Joska Lukkes is affiliated to the Institute for Private Law as PhD fellow since September 2023.
Joska Lukkes studied Law at Leiden University, where she obtained her LLB and LLM (Civil Law). During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Private Law and served as a clerk at the Court of Appeal in The Hague. Additionally, she completed several internships at law firms.
Since September 2023, Joska has been affiliated with the Institute for Private Law, Civil Law Department, as a PhD fellow. Her research focuses on causation and damages in climate liability.
