Cesare Figari Barberis is Postdoctoral Researcher at Leiden University’s Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA). He is working on the EUMOTIONS project, which analyses the role of Emotions in EU Foreign Policy. His research also focuses on dynamics of Emotions, Stigma and Ideology, with the South Caucasus as a basis for case studies.
