I am a teacher-researcher at LUCAS, working on my research proposal for a teacher's grant (NWO). This research aims to facilitate contextualisation for Greek and Latin in secondary schools, by monitoring the current classroom practice, constructing a database of contextualisation texts in the Ancient Near East and formulating and testing design criteria for contextualisation.I also contribute in the new research project by dr. Daniël Bartelds. Since August 2026 I am working on my PhD-research, financed with a NWO Grant for Teachers.
