Short abstract

Building a network to enhance the decision-making for Critical Raw Material (CRM) policies/strategies in the EU context.

Project description

SCRREEN2 aims to provide expert advice in support of decision-making at the EU level covering all the raw materials and their value chains screened in the CRM 2020 assessment exercise.

SCRREEN2 contributes to improving EU official statistics and to further building the EU knowledge base on primary and secondary raw materials in close connection with the EC’s Raw Materials Information System – RMIS.

CML is a partner of the SCRREEN2 consortium, in which CML colleagues lead one Work Package on the assessment of global markets for CRMs. Furthermore, CML focuses on the analysis of future CRMs demand in key economic sectors for the EU.
