New website Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory
A new website has been designed to make the Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory, which started in 2018, more accessible.
The Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory is an international and open access platform which provides case notes by leading experts on decisions by the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child taken under the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child on individual communications by or on behalf of children. The platform which is led by Prof. Ton Liefaard and Prof. Julia Sloth-Nielsen also offers discussions on developments concerning children’s access to justice.
