WODC study evaluation Modern Migration Policy Act available
The Modern Migration Policy Act aims to ensure that the admission of regular migrants is effective and manageable.
This Act, which entered into force on 1 June 2013, had to be evaluated five years after its implementation. The evaluation study at the request of the Ministry of Justice and Security and commissioned by the WODC was conducted by Gerrie Lodder of the Institute for Immigration Law.
