Yvonne Erkens gives lecture at a conference in Copenhagen
On 24 November 2018 Yvonne Erkens (Associate Professor Labour Law) gave a lecture during the Annual Meeting of the European Association of Labour Court Judges (EALCJ) in Copenhagen.
The EALCJ is an independent body committed for the promotion of information in the field of labour law. Membership is open for Labour Law judges in all current and former member states of the EU. Gerrard Boot professor of Labour Law is vice counselor of the EALCJ.
The theme of the meeting was “Access to Justice”. Yvonne Erkens considered this theme from the perspective of the violation of fundamental labour rights in global supply chains. Who has ‘access to remedy’, where and how?
