Christa Tobler on Brexit in the House of Lords in London
On 27 February 2018, Christa Tobler attended a hearing on the subject of Brexit and dispute settlement at the invitation of the House of Lords, EU Committee, Subcommittee Justice.
The discussion focused on models for settling disputes in relation to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland's Brexit agreements with the EU (accession agreement, future relations agreement). Some of the questions raised in this context are similar to those that arise in the negotiations between Switzerland and the EU on the so-called institutional issues (Framework Agreement).
