Closing Lecture of LLM-course on Institutional Law: Discovering diversity

On Wednesday 22 November 2017, Professor Luuk Van Middelaar delivered the closing lecture for the EU Institutional Law and General Principles of EU Law-course of the regular LLM-programme in European Law.

During the closing lecture, Professor Van Middelaar discussed the procedural and substantive elements of the Brexit negotiations from various angles.

The closing lecture was followed by a drinks reception, where the LLM-students were asked to contribute to the buffet with food from their respective home countries. The buffet was a beautiful combination of food from all around EU – and even the world – which illustrates the diversity of our group of students. During the event, everybody was able to discover this diversity by tasting the various dishes, a truly enjoyable experience.
