  2. Labour Law conditions for fragmentation
  3. Managing working conditions in a fragmented company

Beryl ter Haar was tutor of the first study group. On Wednesday afternoon the study groups presented their results. The seminar was closed with a concert by two labour lawyers, Marco Tufo (violin) and Beryl ter Haar (oboe) with music by Bach and Morricone, and a formal dinner.

Hopefully, The Netherlands will be selected again for the 35th Pontignano Seminar.
