LUCIS funding continued from 2018-2020
We are delighted to announce that the funding of the Leiden University Centre for the Study of Islam and Society (LUCIS) will be continued from 2018 until 2020!
The LUCIS board is grateful to both Leiden University’s Executive Board and the Board of the Faculty of Humanities for their ongoing support, as well as appreciates contributions to the LUCIS programme from the Van Vollenhoven Institute and the African Studies Centre Leiden as from 2018.
It gives LUCIS the opportunity to continue to further strengthen Leiden’s strong commitment to the study of Islam and Muslim societies in the coming years.
