Most administrative study-related aspects of the Programme are part of the administration tasks. When in doubt, please do contact the administration. 

Contact information

The administration takes care of the organization and administration of exams and the registration of grades. They have a shared mail address / mailbox. They also take care of student related issues regarding timetables and grades. In Wijnhaven, the administration has their own education administration servicedesk (2nd floor) that students can visit in the morning (Mon-Thu).

Responsibilites administration (among others):

- publishing grades in uSis;
- logistics regarding exams and archiving exams;
- booking rooms (except regularly scheduled tutorials/lectures);
- enrolling students for courses and exams;
- handing out attendance lists to tutors;
- graduating students;
- organising course evaluations.
