Join our students for a day in The Hague and hear about the sustainability projects they worked on!
Friday, 19 January, 13:00 -16:15*

On Friday the 19th of January 2024 we host a symposium for all second year MSc Industrial Ecology and MSc Governance of Sustainability students and their project commissioners. During the second year course ‘Sustainability Challenge’ our students worked in interdisciplinary teams on a real-world sustainability problem, commissioned by an external company or organisation. This Sustainability Challenge course ends with a real symposium, and you can be part of this event! Join our symposium, get the insights from the several keynote sessions and talks, and walk around and get to see our students presenting their posters, and project outcomes and recommendations for the external commissioners.

We welcome you on Leiden University’s campus in The Hague, in Wijnhaven, and of course you will have also have the chance to ask any question you might have about our programme. We can host 25 interested students for this event. In case the maximum number is reached we will have a waiting list. Should you have any questions, feel free to ask us via studyadvisor-IE@cml.leidenuniv.nl. We are very much looking forward to the symposium, and we hope to see you there.

*the end time is flexible. There is a second poster session starting at 16:15hrs, feel free to stay and walk around.

If you don't live in The Hague, you can also connect visiting this event with a nice weekend in this beautiful and historic city!
