You are invited to a special event on Friday 5 September. As part of this year’s 450th anniversary celebrations we have decided to combine two events; the start of our faculty year and Leiden Revisited, our annual alumni meeting. In this way, the staff of Leiden Law School and our alumni will meet at one special gathering. What makes this event even more unique, is that staff are welcome to bring their family, partner or friends.

Something for everyone
We have a varied programme that offers something for everyone. Fun activities will be organised including a boat trip, special walks and guided tours open to all guests (including children, partners, friends and yourself). There will also be specialist workshops and sessions to consider and discuss current issues within the field of law.

For young and old
The programme is suitable for young and old. If you’re bringing school-age children (4–12 years old), we’ll have additional activities for them, besides the boat trip or city walk – so there’s plenty for them to enjoy as well. We’ll set up the Living Room as a space to relax where children can enjoy watching a film, playing games, or drawing and colouring. Students will be present to help out and ensure all goes smoothly. These are extra activities in addition to the main programme. All staff are responsible for the guests they bring with them. We’ll take care of the rest.

Time to catch up
During the day there will be plenty of time to catch up, meet new people and reminisce. Whether you come to soak up the atmosphere, spend time with former classmates or just to show your family and friends where you work – this promises to be a very fun day.
