Kim Wehle, professor of constitutional law in Baltimore USA andanalyst for various major networks, such as ABC, will be a guest at Leiden University as a Fulbright professor in the coming months. She will give a public lecture on March 13 between 19:30 and 21:30 about the American president's Pardon Power.
