Journal Clubs are sessions in which we discuss empirical legal articles, focusing on the methodology used in the paper and the lessons that can be learned.
In this Journal Club, Jessie Pool will discuss methodological barriers to ELS. When conducting quantitative or qualitative research, researchers often encounter problematics and barriers, where (methodological) decisions need to be made. Some of those decisions may relate to the number of interviews to be conducted, the size of sample, the targeted population, and other decisions to be made involving a compromise. These barriers and difficulties will be discussed during this Journal Club.
