Pre-master's

If you have a related bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (HBO) or an academic bachelor’s degree from a research university, but you do not fulfil the admission requirements you will be admitted after completing the 60 EC pre-master’s programme.

This premaster has a total study load of 60 EC and is taught in English. The 60 EC track has only one starting date: September 1. The 30 EC track starts in February only.

Students who have a bachelor’s degree from an Art Academy (Kunstacademie) are in some cases allowed to do only the second half of the premaster. Both pre-master’s programmes are taught in English.

The language requirements for a pre-master's programme are identical to the language requirements for the master's programme for which admission has been requested. These requirements must be met before the start of the premaster.
