Painting with Acrylics

Tuesday from 19:15-21:45 h

Teacher
Lyda Bekker

For whom
For beginners and advanced students.

Content
In this course you learn to paint with acrylic paint, a water-based paint that dries quickly and is therefore suitable for working in layers.
In addition to layering, we investigate painterly concepts such as form, color, light-dark and composition.
The first five lessons are mainly technical assignments, after which you also look for your own sources of inspiration in the course. What do you like to paint and what not? You learn to get inspiration from everyday topics and to paint your own forms from it.
In addition to personal supervision, we also occasionally discuss each other's work in the group, so that you can learn from each other.

The course includes use of material during the lessons.
You can buy materials for at home at Terpentijn. The first lesson you receive a LAK student card that gives you a 10% discount at Terpentijn.
