By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions and are obligated to pay the full course fee.

2. Rates

The LAK offers different rates for:

Others (external)

Students and staff pay a reduced rate.

Students must present a valid student ID or proof of registration at the first class.

By registering, you automatically agree to subscribe to the LAK Newsletter.

4. Cancellation and refund

In case of cancellation by the participant, the following rules apply:

Up to 14 days before the start: 85% refund of the course fee.
Within 14 days before the start: 50% refund.
After the start of the course: no refund.

If the LAK cancels a course for organizational reasons, the full amount will be refunded.
Would you like to switch to another course? This is possible, for a €10 administration fee.

In case of long-term illness or injury, please contact the LAK at info@lakcursussen.nl.

5. Lesson cancellations and changes

LAK reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are insufficient registrations. The student will be informed by email. The paid course fee will be refunded in the event of cancellation.

LAK reserve the right to make changes to the course schedule. If a course or part of a course cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the participation fee will be refunded (pro rata).

In case of illness or absence of a teacher, the lesson will either be taught by a substitute teacher or made up at the end of the course period. The made-up lesson can, if necessary (in consultation), be held on a different day and time.

Students should be aware that this may cause a course to run over by several weeks.

6. Online lessons

Online classes are held via Zoom or Skype.
You will receive an invitation link in advance and must register at least one day before the class begins. Please check in advance that everything is working properly.

If you have any technical issues, please contact us at info@lakcursussen.nl.

7. Student absence

Can't attend a class? Please notify us in advance by emailing info@lakcursussen.nl.
Missed classes cannot be made up or reimbursed, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Quality assurance

On the advice of the instructor, the LAK may transfer a participant to a different level if this better suits the student's level.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the general norms and values.
The LAK reserves the right to deny access to the course to participants who do not comply with these rules.

10. Photography and footage

During courses and presentations, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, such as for websites, flyers, or social media.
If you object to this, please notify us in advance in writing via info@lakcursussen.nl.

You can also inform the photographer during the class if you do not wish to be photographed.

11. Liability

The LAK is not liable for damage to or loss of personal property of participants.
