Tuvana Aras is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University. Research Title: The Green Enforcement of European Competition Law in the Aviation Industry.

Tuvana studied Air and Space Law (Advanced LL.M.) at Leiden University. Prior to her LL.M, she did a Master 1 (Maîtrise) in European Law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), during which she was an exchange student at Leiden University for the academic year of 2019-2020. She did her Bachelor’s degree in French Public Law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). 

During her studies, Tuvana was a trainee at the Legal Services of EUROCONTROL, the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation and also worked as a Legal Intern at the Innovation Hub of Royal Schiphol Group (Amsterdam Schiphol Airport).
