Remko Stuik is a researcher at Leiden Observatory. He works on astronomical instrumentation (visible, near IR and mid IR), mainly focused on adaptive optics for instruments on the WHT telescope and the VLT telescopes. Stuik is also working at ASTRON as system engineer, developing new technologies to enhance scientific observations of astronomical telescopes.
