Paul Oling is a strategic advisor at the Netherlands Ministry of Defence and Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs at Leiden University and the Netherlands Defence Academy. His research is focused on the absorption of emerging and disruptive technologies in intelligence and security organizations, focusing on the role of secrecy in public-private collaboration.
