Nicolás is a second-year bachelor student of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, originally from Bogotá, Colombia. As the student ambassador, he will share his enthusiasm and knowledge about CADS with prospective students. He will mainly do this during the Open Days, Experience Days, and by arranging and guiding the student for day visits.

Nicolás enjoys reading, writing, baking, and long walks. He has always thought of people as a compilation of constant unraveling stories. Ever since he has approached them with this mindset, he has been marveled by the complexities of human relationships.  This is what made him study Cultural Anthropology in Leiden. During his studies, he has developed a more nuanced understanding of the human experience by connecting it to broader social realities.
