Najat El Hani
Najat el Hani is an educational advisor and trainer at the Leiden University Graduate School of Teaching. She advices and trains in the development and practice of higher education for various groups and the construction of aligned assessments.
Previously she worked at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Windesheim-Flevoland. There, she mostly lectured about the methodologies of Social Work practices, cultural anthropology, Human Rights, internationalization policies and qualitative research in higher education.
After her Bachelor’s in Social Work (2009) she finished her Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology (2013) at the VU University in Amsterdam. She currently studies ‘Social Justice’ at Harvard University (Extension School) where she mainly focusses on the Moroccan ‘Arab Spring’ from a political anthropological perspective.
