My research examines the impact of Bacillus subtilis on plant microbiome assembly across species like Arabidopsis thaliana, wheat, and sorghum. By analyzing B. subtilis colonization in the rhizosphere and endophytic environments, we aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms and plant traits crucial for these plant-microbe interactions.
