Linda van der Horst is an external PhD candidate at the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs where she focuses on the dynamics of China's Digital Silk Road. She also currently works in the Dutch foreign service. Linda holds a Master's degree in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Public International Law from Utrecht University.
