Brief biography

I did my bachelor and masters in Iran, Tehran University (2016-2023). My master’s thesis was about the analysis of secondary metabolites with anti-diabetic activity produced by soil Myxobacteria. I have three years of work experience in microbiology, biotechnology, extraction and purification of natural products, and performing high-scale fermentation. I started my PhD in 2023 on the evolution of natural products, and I am overall interested in microbial biotechnology, omics analysis, evolutionary microbiology, and metabologenome mining of natural products.
