External PhD candidate
Ellen Bulten is an external PhD candidate at CWTS. Her research focuses on co-creation where researchers and practitioners collaborate to create new knowledge and action to tackle sustainability problems. In her PhD she aims to understand the contribution of such collaborations to sustainability transitions and study how these collaborations can be improved.
Ellen is employed as a researcher at Wageningen University and Research. She obtained her MSc. degree from the same university in 2018, graduating with the chair group Knowledge, Technology and Innovation. In her current research, she focuses on knowledge co-production for sustainable, climate-smart agriculture.
