I work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computational Linguistics. My PhD project is on two language models, which provide a computational experimental model of language acquisition based on a conversation between a mother agent and a daughter agent. This enables a laboratory approach to first language acquisition experiments by implementing machine learning techniques to build a knowledge-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) model of a child acquiring his or her first language.
