As part of the Training Office, Daphne coordinates the planning and organisation of the UTQ-modules and other training programmes. She works closely with trainers and colleagues across the university to ensure that trainings run efficiently and smoothly. In addition, she supports the Evaluation Service by processing course evaluations, contributing to the ongoing improvement of teaching quality at Leiden University and its partner institutions.
