After a MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Strasbourg University, I did my PhD at Orléans University under the supervision of Pr. Pascal Bonnet. During this thesis I developed a new software: Frags2Drugs, to find new protein kinase inhibitors based on Fragment-Based Drug Design approach.I was also involved in different modelling projects for cosmetic purposes and docking studies. Currently, I am a Post-doc in the lab of prof. van Westen and I work on the conception of a prediction model for the research of new antimicrobial peptides. I am really interested in the combination of AI and molecular modelling techniques in drug discovery.
