Short CV

Chloe Leung is a doctoral student at the Institute of Education and Child Studies at Leiden University. Her research focuses on children’s cognitive and numerical development. She is interested in investigating intervention programs that help children improve their math performance. Being one of the Early-stage researchers of SellSTEM Marie Skłodowska‐Curie Innovative Training Network, she is currently focusing on a training program that aims to strengthen third to sixth graders’ spatial ability and math performance.

Chloe completed her MPhil in Psychology at the University of Hong Kong. Before moving to the Netherlands, she worked at the Cognitive Development Laboratory at the University of Hong Kong and developed an app-based training program for school-age children. The training aims to enhance children's numerical magnitude knowledge, arithmetic operations understanding, and arithmetic performance.
