PhD candidate. Biegzat’s research project mainly focuses on the relationships between science and policy making. Biegzat obtained her B.S.(2019) in Information Management and Information System and M.S.(2022) in Library and Information Science at Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China. She was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship by the China Scholarship Council(CSC) in June 2022.
