Amer Jaganjac is lecturer, researcher, and ICT professional dedicated to bridging the gap between technical expertise and social responsibility. He currently serves as a lecturer at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where he mentors the next generation of computer science and information technology specialists.

Amer is a PhD candidate at Leiden University, affiliated with the ICLON Graduate School of Teaching. His doctoral research, titled Developing teaching approaches for student learning of inclusive design skills in Computer Science education in the Netherlands, focuses on designing and evaluating methods to teach and to learn Inclusive Design as a core competency rather than an afterthought.

Amer’s work is driven by a clear vision for the future. He advocates for a society where engineering, AI and ICT workfield are not just efficient, but inclusive, accessible, and ethically responsible. By embedding these values into the roots of Computer Science education, he aims to ensure that the digital world of tomorrow is built by professionals who prioritize human diversity and ethical integrity.
