Alma Kuijpers is a post-doc researcher and involved in teacher professionalization in the field of perspective-based education. She has a PhD in chemistry (1999) and finished a postgraduate teacher training for chemistry.
She develops materials for and studies perspective-based education in primary and secondary education. Other research projects are dealing with diversity in secondary education and increasing student entry in the postgraduate teacher training for the school subjects mathematics, physics, chemistry and informatics.
