Alexander Odle has been connected to the Institute for Private Law as a teacher since June 2014. He is also a lawyer at the law firm Nineyards Law, Amsterdam.

Alexander Odle (1963) graduated from the University of Leiden in 1989 on civil and international law. Odle has been an attorney at law for over 25 years and is specialized in Intellectual Property-and Media law. He has been partner with Baker & McKenzie and member of the Dutch Board. Since 2015 he is partner with Nineyards Law.

Odle is teacher International Intellectual Property Law for the Advanced Master’s International Civil and Commercial Law organized by the Institute for Private Law. From 2000-2005 Odle has taught the same subject for a post-doctorate course at the Asser Institute in the Hague.
