Ivar Halfman is the study adviser for bachelor students in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology (CADS) from July 2026 till the end of November 2026. He is filling in for Caro Aalderink, who will be back in December. 

Ivar has already worked as a study adviser for students of the political science bachelor ‘International Relations and Organization’ in The Hague, and for both bachelor and master students of Public Administration (also in The Hague). 

As a study adviser, Ivar has a special interest in understanding the - sometimes tricky - 'mechanisms' of the human brain and applying that understanding to help students improve their study habits. Next to that, students can approach Ivar for all sorts of study (program) related questions.
